Terms of Service

3.1 Registration: You may use certain features as a guest, but must register for an account to access premium features such as video generation, saving to your library, and credit purchases.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Service.

4.1 What Are AI Credits: AI Credits are a virtual currency used for generating AI images and videos through our Service. Credits are consumed when you initiate generation requests.

4.2 Free Tier: Registered users receive 75 free AI Credits per month. Free credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Some image models are available for free without credits (with watermarks).

4.3 Credit Purchases: Users may purchase additional AI Credits through one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. Purchased credits never expire.

4.4 Credit Usage: The number of credits consumed depends on the AI model selected, image resolution, video duration, and other generation parameters. Credit costs are displayed before you start generation.

4.5 Reserved Credits: When you initiate generation, the estimated credit cost is temporarily reserved from your balance. If generation succeeds, actual credits used are deducted and any excess is returned. If generation fails, all reserved credits are fully refunded.

4.6 Credit Refunds: AI Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a virtual currency usable immediately upon purchase. If generation fails due to a technical error, the credits for that generation are automatically refunded to your account balance.

5.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the prompts, images, videos, and other content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to generate or store content that violates any laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains explicit or harmful material, promotes harassment or hate speech, or contains malware or harmful code.

5.3 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. AI model providers may also reject prompts that violate their content policies. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Abuse the credit system or exploit free tier limits

7.1 Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Gravital Digital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 AI-Generated Content: Rights to AI-generated images and videos are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We make no claims of ownership over content generated through our Service using third-party AI models.

9.1 "As Is" Service: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 AI Generation: We do not guarantee specific results from AI generation. Output quality depends on prompts, models, and third-party infrastructure availability.

9.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAVITAL DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.4 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gravital Digital LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10.1 By You: You may stop using the Service at any time.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

12.3 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gravital Digital LLC regarding the Service.
